My Story

I began as an actress with the bilingual theatre company, El Teatro de la Esperanza based out of San Francisco. Since then, I have dedicated my life to transforming people's lives through the arts. I've worked as an educator, an arts administrator, and an independent producer and writer.

I specialize in creating life-changing programs for marginalized communities, using a trauma-informed and community building approach.

I have a Master's in Communications, a Ph.D. in Culture, Literacy, and Language. Currently, I'm working on a second Master's in Clinical Mental Health so that I can extend that lifetime of arts experiences to Art Therapy.
